1. Production and Shipping Provider
All products available in our store (posters and mugs) are made on demand through Gelato, our print-on-demand production and fulfillment partner. Each item is produced specifically for your order and shipped directly to you from the nearest available production facility whenever possible.
2. Production Time
As our products are made to order, please allow time for production before shipment:

Production times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
3. Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic shipping: 2–6 business days.

International shipping: 4–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, when available, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
6. Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to this issue, additional charges may apply for reshipment.
8. Shipping Issues or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support team with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue. We will work with Gelato to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
