Orders & Products

Are your products made to order?
Yes. All our posters and mugs are produced on demand. This means each item is created specifically for your order once it has been placed.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because our products are made to order, we are usually unable to cancel or modify an order once production has started. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

Do posters come with frames?
Unless explicitly stated in the product description, posters are sold unframed.


Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before the order is shipped.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Domestic orders: 2–6 business days

  • International orders: 4–10 business days

These are estimated timeframes.

Where do you ship from?
Orders are produced and shipped by Gelato from the production facility closest to the delivery address whenever possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.


Shipping Costs & Tracking

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order size.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.


Customs & Taxes

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


Issues & Returns

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with our production partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.

What if my order is lost or delayed?
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is a production error or damage, we will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Addresses & Delivery

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping may incur additional costs.
